2. Coaching Disclaimer
Belief Dynamics Coaching offers mindset, belief system, and personal development coaching. These services are not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional mental health care. 3. Payments & Refunds
All purchases made through this Site are final unless otherwise stated in writing. No refunds are given for coaching sessions, digital products, or online courses unless explicitly outlined. If a payment plan is selected, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments, regardless of participation.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance using our approved scheduling system. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule any session. Sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided on the Site—including text, graphics, videos, documents, workbooks, and other materials—is the property of Belief Dynamics Coaching and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any part of the materials without express written consent.
6. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your information. Information shared in coaching sessions will remain confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., threats of harm to self or others).
